Nadasurabhi Cultural Association located in Koramangala, Bangalore is in the forefront of promoting Classical Carnatic Music. Nadasurabhi conducts the highest quality music concerts every month and a week-long Annual Festival in November, free of charge to all rasikas. Our other events include a youth festival, Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana, and music competitions for children.
Sri.Prapancham Balachandran is the senior most disciple of Sangeetha Surabhi Padmashri Dr. N.Ramani. After learning carnatic music from several well known artists, he underwent professional training in flute from Flute Maestro Dr. N. Ramani and has also performed along with him in a number of concerts. Sri. Balachandran is a post graduate in both science and music. He is currently working as Assistant Director of Programmes in All India Radio, Chennai. A regular performer at the leading sabhas , he was conferred the prestigious “Flute Mali Award” by the Music Academy, Chennai. ...................................
Nadasurabhi will be conductiong a music course by Vidushi Gayathri Girish titled "Rama Rama Gunaseema" on 24th, 25th and 26th June 2017.

As part of the monthly programme, Nadasurabhi had arranged a vocal concert by Vidwan Mahadevan Sankaranarayan, an upcoming artist from Chennai. Having been under the tutelage of his father, Sangitha Kalanidhi, Padmabhushan Vidwan T.V. Sankaranatayan right from a very young age, Vidwan Mahadevan has thoroughly imbibed the style of Madurai Mani Iyer school style. Mahadevan is endowed with a rich, powerful voice which he utilised very well. He has rich manodharma. His maturity in treatment of ragas and professionalism in handling of swars exhibited through out, was remarkable. He started with a rare composition of Nilakanta Sivan in Nattai – Sri Ganapathiyai….and embellished it with appealing swaras at pallavi. ........................
