Nadasurabhi Cultural Association located in Koramangala, Bangalore is in the forefront of promoting Classical Carnatic Music. Nadasurabhi conducts the highest quality music concerts every month and a week-long Annual Festival in November, free of charge to all rasikas. Our other events include a youth festival, Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana, and music competitions for children.

Vidushi Vijayalakshmy Subramaniam is one of the leading carnatic vocalists from Chennai. In addition to being a performing artist Dr.Vijayalakshmy has also produced a large body of reseach work covering literature and music. In a recent monumental work “Kshetra Sangeetham” she performs specialised concerts highlighting the inspiration that our temples have provided to leading carnatic composers. In an ongoing effort she has performed Kshetra sangeetham concerts on Madurai, Srirangam, Kanchi, Tiruvaiyaru, Sringeri, Tirupati, Guruvayoor and many more. Gayathri Venkatraghavan presents a brilliant concert at Nadasurabhi.

True to her reputation as one of the leading Carnatic vocalists, Vidushi Gayathri Venkatraghavan presented a captivating, chaste concert at Nadasurabhi, on 21st April 2013. Commencing with a relatively less heard varnam in Nattai, Gayathri went on to a fully rounded presentation of the popular Aarabhi raga kriti Naadasuda rasa, which included brief alapana, neraval and swaras.After a Lathangi kriti, Gayathri spaced the concert with a mesmerizing Ahiri raga masterpiece of Thyagaraja, Mayamma yani ne. The main item of the evening was Thyagaraja’s keeravani krithi Kaligiyunte gada, with elaborate raga, neraval and swara at Baaguga sree Raghu. The concert ......................
