Nadasurabhi Cultural Association located in Koramangala, Bangalore is in the forefront of promoting Classical Carnatic Music. Nadasurabhi conducts the highest quality music concerts every month and a week-long Annual Festival in November, free of charge to all rasikas. Our other events include a youth festival, Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana, and music competitions for children.

It was a very mature  senior level concert, very well structured with major compositions, Shyama Sastri Swarajathi in Bhairavi and O Ranga Sayee in Kambodhi, and interspersed with well known pleasant pieces. The concert was very well received. Chandana Bala has a clear voice which reaches higher octaves effortlessly. She was very well supported by young Vaibhav Ramani, Adamya and Bharadwaj.

Vrinda Acharya has a pleasant melodious voice and as the title of the concert was also on Purandaradasa kritis it was a very enjoyable programme. She is also very well trained in the grammar of carnatic music and hence the manodharma aspects flowed comfortably without strain> The hall was packed to capacity and the concert was highly appreciated.
