Nadasurabhi Cultural Association located in Koramangala, Bangalore is in the forefront of promoting Classical Carnatic Music. Nadasurabhi conducts the highest quality music concerts every month and a week-long Annual Festival in November, free of charge to all rasikas. Our other events include a youth festival, Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana, and music competitions for children.

Hailing from the mystic Kodagu district of Karnataka and born in an intensely musical family, the young twins Heramba and Hemanta have been nurturing their musical talent from a very young age. They are learning flute from Guru Mysore A.V.Prakash. They are also under the tutelage of Neyveli Santhanagopalan. 


Some of the awards and prizes won are:

  1. Yuva Prathibha Puraskaram.
  2. 1st Prize in National level flute competition-Rajasthan.
  3. CCRT National scholarship
  4. Prathibakanshi – Rama Seva Mandali, Bangalore.
  5. Yuvalalashree award.

Sri.Vivek Sadasivam is from a family of musicians. He is a disciple of senior Vidwan Sri.R.N.Thyagarajan.

Some of the awards and prizes won are:

  1. Won Ananya Pratibhe Award for ‘Best Vocalist’ in a festival conducted by Ananya, Bangalore.
  2. M.S.Subbulakshmi Fellowship in Music by Shanmukhananda Fine Arts, Mumbai.
  3. Finalist of SPICMACAY ’NaadBhed’ competition in November 2013.
  4. Won AIR competition (Boy’s category) in 2009 and consequently became ‘B’ grade artist at AIR, Bangalore. Currently a ‘B high’ graded artist.
  5. Awarded the title ‘Nadakishora’ by NadaBrahma Sangeetha Sabha, Mysore.
